BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The customer service advisor acts as the first contact with our distributors located throughout North America. He receives, analyzes and confirms orders to ensure impeccable customer service. In a vision of quality assurance, the worker must ensure that custom furniture is manufactured according to the expectations of our customers. You have the opportunity to become the eyes of our distributors, within our walls, to ensure they receive the quality offered by our name. Communicates with clients to:

  • Know and understand client needs and interests
  • Validate the orders with them and inform them of the delivery of production delays, changes, warranty, news, etc.
  • Anticipate their expectations to make a difference in their customer experience.Manages product returns, warranties and exceptions.
  • Receives and manages customer complaints
  • Answers customer’s general questions (software, catalog changes, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in written and spoken English – advanced levelRelevant customer service experienceExperience in custom furniture – an assetRelevant vocational, college or university education – assetSPECIFIC SKILLS

Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of AutoCAD software is an assetGood listening skillsGood ability to manage pressurePositive attitude
