Are you looking for a short-term challenge in an essential field to ensure the protection of our provincial workers?

Apply now Your tasks: Provide support to the Vice-President of Finance and Human Resources, Prepare executive members’ meeting agendas, Greet visitors at the entrance as required (troubleshoot as required at reception), Prepare meeting minutes and texts for the annual Book of Congress, Print essential documents (such as the Book of Congress), Ensure correspondence, bulletins, reports and other administrative tasks are completed on time, Write, edit and revise correspondence texts (must be fluent in French), Carry out any other tasks related to the position.
