Administrative Assistant


This is a Contract position in Sherbrooke, QC posted May 10, 2022.

  • Manage team managers’ agendas; schedule and prioritize meetings
  • Help plan, coordinate, run and support team events
  • Assist employees with requests for computer equipment, access, offices, travel reservations, etc.
  • Help managers with budgets
  • Create and/or correct various reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets, as well as internal and external correspondence
  • Provide support for the receipt of mail, phone calls and emails, and forward requests to the appropriate individuals within the organization for resolution or response
  • Prepare expense accounts
  • Provide support for various projects as required    


  • DEC (college diploma) in secretarial studies or other relevant training
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a multinational company
  • Ability to build a network of contacts and work closely with other assistants
  • Strong proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)    
  • Solid understanding of MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong decision-making skills, good judgment and sense of initiative
  • Great organizational skills, rigour and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems and create or improve business processes within a young team
  • Good ability to prioritize
  • Ability and desire to learn budgetary processes
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Discretion and high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
