Project Lead PA&A Logistics


This is a Contract position in Sherbrooke, QC posted May 5, 2022.

The PAA (Parts, Accessories and Apparel) Logistics Project Lead participates in the development and implementation of the PAA distribution strategy. In this position, you will act as a catalyst for the transformation of BRP’s global PAA distribution centers in order to deliver world-class service to our customers.   • By integrating the infrastructure, systems, processes and human resources that enable our supply chain to operate efficiently, the Project Lead is constantly looking to improve service while reducing costs. 
  • Actively contribute to the expansion of the global distribution network in order to support PAA’s rapid growth and the customer value proposition;
  • Being a leading player in the opening of distribution centers and the redevelopment of existing distribution centers
  • Providing leadership on your projects and collaborating with our 3PLs and our service providers for enhanced implementation of solutions; 
  • Managing the budget, schedule, internal/external resources and risks for your projects. Reporting on progress and managing issues.
  • Establishing an added-value network of external partners to introduce new concepts within the company (e.g. Automation, B2C); 
  • Always keeping in mind the improvement of our customer service promise, in line with BRP's brand positioning and the changing competitive landscape; 
  • Adapting PAA operation practices using new growth vectors, such as B2C and vehicle personalization. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics or a relevant field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in supply chain project management in similar industries (automobile, consumer goods, replacement parts, etc.)
  • Proven experience in distribution center organization projects
  • Adept at applying project management best practices
  • Adept at business intelligence and able to conduct analyses to calculate requirements and capacity studies, and optimize warehousing and product positioning, etc.
  • Adept at leading logistics chain optimization projects, including implementing associated systems
  • Good knowledge of the SAP environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and promote your ideas to different levels of the organization, including senior management
  • Organized and analytical, focused on maximizing distribution center capabilities and improving processes.
  • Recognized ability to solve problems, make decisions, think laterally, and offer creative solutions
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar 2D drawing software


  • The position is located on the South Shore of Montreal or in Sherbrooke and offers the possibility of working from home for up to 3 days/week depending on the projects
  • Ability to travel in order to support projects
