To help us meet our rider’s expectations and BRP goals by encouraging acollaborative culture of creativity, innovation and solution-minded thinking; To work closely with leadership to establish standards and processes to produce consistent, high quality results; To partnerwith cross functional departments to troubleshoot complex design problems and encourages collaboration among all cross functional teams (Design, Tech, Product Development, Sourcing and Production).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design Riding gear that attracts new and retains loyal customers to achieve the company’s growth plans and financial objectives; Research seasonal trends in activity, silhouette, color, fabric and trim; Work with leadership to select and identify fabrics and trims for development, collaborate with Materials and Product Development teams to source; Establish strong working relationship with merchandising & product development teams to achieve margin goals, cost targets through use of appropriate style details, fabrications and construction; Provide input to color, textile, print & graphic designers in the development of product direction; Participate in fittings and partner with the pattern engineers to achieve consistent brand fits that meet customer expectations and return rate objectives.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet and maintain schedules; You possesses high level of ownership, looks at challenges with a positive attitude; You demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility; You have strong creative and conceptual skills; You have combined design experience in apparel (Sportswear or Outdoor apparel industry preferred, 8 years+) and passion designing apparel with the end-consumer in mind to meet and solve their needs given their lifestyle and adventures; You have abachelor’s degree in fashion design, industrial design, or related field; You are available to travail about 20% of the Time.
