HRBP Manager, Engineering and Sourcing


This is a Contract position in Sherbrooke, QC posted January 3, 2022.

  • Is the main connection between BRP and the HR function, the main point of contact of all management levels of BRP and a secondary point of contact for employees.
  • Develops trustworthy relationships by being a trusted advisor with the ability to understand and influence the business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable business aligned people strategies.
  • Coaches on leader effectiveness and helps solving business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative thinking.
  • Support project teams in business transformation strategy and activities including organizational design, change management, etc.
  • Develops client-focused engagement and retention strategies.
  • Supports the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with business leaders and Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability.
  • Focus on strategic people issues, trends, and solutions that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of BRP.
  • Drives culture change. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience 
  • Strong business acumen and genuine interest in building your financial and analytic capability.  
  • Engaging leadership with the business and with the function including, courage, accountability, ownership and sense of functional collectivity.
  • Creating collaborative work environments via strong ability to build relationships and foster trust and transparency.
  • Great communications and influential skills 
  • Be creative and solution driven – ability to think outside of known paths
