Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in charge of BRP’s supply chain strategy and finished goods distribution network?

Based out of BRP’s centre of expertise, the team has a primary mission to ensure the highest quality transportation service for raw materials and finished goods while optimizing logistics costs.

The team is also responsible for contributing to product development activities and manufacturing strategy, as well as supporting transportation operations teams in various tactical and strategic matters.


The logistics strategy team is making greater use of business intelligence to drive decision making and improve management processes.

We are therefore looking to hire a BI Developer who will help us develop dashboards and integrate data flows.

You will tackle a wide range of exciting challenges with a position key to BRP’s processing, innovation and continuous improvement activities.

You will play a key role in integrating business intelligence into supply chain operations.

You will work closely with various multidisciplinary teams throughout the world.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with the BI team, help develop and implement corporate data solutions.

Coordinate the collection, formalization and documentation of the organization’s corporate and sectoral data solution needs.

Collaborate with other IT professionals and communicate with various partners to clarify and understand their needs.

Participate in data processing, conversion and correction activities.

Participate in or conduct tests at various levels of detail, whether functional or technical.

Set up automatic data flows from various sources to Power BI.

Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Participate in ongoing solution publication and validate concepts with teams from various business units.

Conduct, document and validate requested analyses.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Power BI and programming Proficiency with the front end and back end of the Power BI office suite and the cloud platform.

Extensive experience designing and optimizing data flows for large volumes of structured and semi-structured data Experience developing data warehouses and in modelling and/or data analysis Solid knowledge of automation and data management, data integration, and database development techniques (Power Automate, Snowflake, SQL, Google BigQuery) Proficiency with SQL, DAX, R and Python Sense of initiative and desire to excel, ability to work independently, well organized, curious and thorough Ability to adapt to ever-changing business demands Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Skilled at working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams Knowledge of SAP (WM, MM, PP) an asset Advanced bilingualism, both written and spoken (English/French), Spanish (an asset) Familiarity with one of the following: PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or BPMN (an asset) Experience with supply chain and logistics (an asset)
