Global Pricing Analyst, PAA

BRP

This is a Contract position in Sherbrooke, QC posted July 30, 2022.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with the product managers, develop and enact competitive pricing strategies and manage prices to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Through data-based systems, pricing software and competitive pricing benchmark activities, identify trends and opportunities; provide business insight and make recommendations to the Product Managers.
  • Track performance of various pricing initiatives in BRP’s worldwide markets.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing and summarizing information while presenting it in a clean and user-friendly manner.
  • Develop a seamless relationship with Promotions, Marketing and Finance to ensure consistent strategies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics, with an orientation towards Finance, Accounting or Statistics.
  • An MBA, MA in Economics or MS in Business Intelligence is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Love to work with data and has a passion for finding insights from it
  • Strong technical skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of costing and pricing principles is considered an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
  • Passion and curiosity of BRP products and understanding of its competitive environment. Knowledge of the powersports and/or automotive industry is considered an asset.
