Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual (French/English) Administrator in Montreal, QC to service one of our banking clients.

To be considered for the Bilingual (French/English) Administrator , you must have a High school diploma and 3 ½ years of relevant experience or College diploma and 1 ½ years of relevant experience.

This position is a 4-month contract, paying $21.07 per hour.

Bilingual (French/English) Administrator Responsibilities: Carry out, independently, various administrative activities according to established policies, standards, and procedures Adequately respond to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in the files by offering a professional and courteous service (by e-mail) Perform checks and analyzes to ensure the accuracy of data and operations.

More specifically, you will ensure the management and administrative monitoring of files Produce various reports and statistics required by different stakeholders and ensure the integrity of the data Ensure that the unit meets quality standards, while making the necessary corrections to the procedures and procedures.
