Take your ambitions to the next level Our client is looking for a CRO (digital marketing analysis in conversion optimization) specialist.

In this role, you will report to the Digital Strategy and Growth department.

You will work with the e-commerce and digital journey managers to continuously improve the performance of our client’s digital channel.

Perform continuous analysis, analyze site performance; Analyze customer reviews, communicate with them and perform analysis; Test variants (e.g.: colours); Analyze/recommend/conduct conversion rate AB tests; Demonstrate the relevance of the optimization; Continuously learn and share digital/e-commerce best practices; Master the different stages of our client’s digital journey; Implement the necessary tools to measure performance and feedback from the voice of the customer, and share the results with the rest of the team; Analyze the data at his/her disposal to make recommendations for improvements to the journey; Coordinate the deployment of A/B tests on the paths to demonstrate the relevance of the recommendations; Communicate to the teams the results of your optimization actions on a regular basis; Act as a change agent: challenge the status quo and challenge teams and projects to improve business practices; Manage the tools and dashboards that enable performance reporting around journey conversion and voice of the customer; Collect the necessary data in collaboration with the cybermetrics teams; Analyze the different target audiences on the digital channel; Continuously analyze the performance of the pathways, including the various stages that make them up; Monitor trends and new developments in the field of digital performance optimization; Identify issues to address or optimization opportunities to test/implement; Find innovative growth opportunities to achieve digital sales objectives; Make recommendations to the digital marketing or e-commerce journey management teams and influence future technology developments; Coordinate A/B tests to verify the relevance of the different solutions to be implemented; Communicate regularly the results of the optimizations deployed to the different groups of the Digital Studio; Be an ambassador for data-driven decision making, and train teams in the various tools for informed performance analysis.

College diploma or bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital marketing analytics; Extensive experience in analytics and digital strategy; Excellent performance optimization skills; Communication with teams in French and English.
