In this role, you will: Engages with functional teams to understand their processes and their impact on data cleanliness/hygiene.

In functional areas where process is not clearly defined, identifies, develops and documents those processes.

Analyzes and documents gaps between current and desired system functionality.

Develops, implements and maintains process and systems training documentation.

Develops, implements and maintains efficient procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.

Continually analyze and develop data management strategies.

Enforce policies for effective data management.

Support users in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to company standards.

Supports functional teams to ensure data integrity is maintained.

Creates training curriculum and conducts training to ensure team members are proficiently utilizing business systems and following established processes to perform their functions.

Manages documentation and reporting of system issues and takes on accountability for bringing them to conclusion.

Analysis and oversight of database maintenance issues, including de-duplication for cleansing the company’s CRM systems.

Monitor and analyze information to identify issues or areas of concerns with functionality of CRM systems and other operating systems.

Create reports and data extraction, as well as other data-related projects for functionality assessments, as needed.

We would like you to have: Associate’s Degree minimum; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus At least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems and executing data management practices Strong System/Software experience; Salesforce experience preferred Proven experience in analysis and advising regarding data maintenance, data integrity, and data reports Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, recommendations, delegation, etc.) Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience in dealing with complex cross-organizational projects Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities across a variety of functions Excellent ability to manage in-person and virtual team interactions Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms Strong logical, analytical, and quantitative skills Collaborative focus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Our future is better together.
