The team aims to effectively manage the identity/employee lifecycle within the bank and implement the required processes and controls to ensure that logical access to Information systems is granted on a strict need-to-know and least privilege basis.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Head of Identity Management & Access Control will report to the CIB Americas CISO and manage the regional program for Identity Management and Access Control, in strong collaboration with multiple IT teams and Business lines, to effectively sustain and continuously enhance the access right management framework of the firm.

• Lead and manage the IMAC Group across countries (US, CA, BR), including daily administration and recruiting when necessary o Enforce the CIB Access Right Management Policy o Adherence to ISO standards and active involvement in process enhancement and development o Liaise with IT Security groups worldwide o Monitor controls and regulatory compliance required standards o Provides detailed reporting on current state of IAM controls (i.e.

KRI reporting) o Investigation and report of any security incidents mainly on access control to management and following-up of detected security exceptions and containment
• Enforce : o Daily, weekly, and monthly Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls o Creation, update and maintenance of process documentation, procedures and policies o Identity Management through the Employee lifecycle, User re-certification; access reconciliation, monitoring of segregation of duties, system profile review, third party validation and other IAM Related reviews
• Supervise all internal and external audits and ensure gaps and recommendations timely remediation KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional IT / Audit / Compliance / Information Security / Risk Management related work experience
• Experience in Identity and Access Management including the areas of controls and governance
• Experience in team management
• Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business requirements
• Understands Controls, Control Gaps, and Action Plans
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• Familiar with : o User Administration and Provisioning, o Identity and Access Governance, o Active directory, o LDAP, Network and Infrastructure architecture
