Reporting to the Regional Operational Change Manager you will work closely with other teams across CS to manage and deliver change for your region.

Project Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.

Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory.

Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.

Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.

May schedule field service repair calls.

Handles requests for additional company materials.

Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.

Responsibilities Supports the delivery of major regional changes both Internally and at Partner Sites.

Leads small/medium change on behalf of their respective region.

Scope new change requests working with ops and POC’s.

Coordinates pilots and testing of new products and changes.

Partners with leadership and shared services teams to drive adoption of change.

Provides support in the administration of the change process (review of submissions, scheduling meetings, taking notes in stakeholder meetings, coordinating follow-up).

Maintains tools and systems as needed (ie Team docs, Confluence, Jira ).

Communicate on a regular basis with relevant teams including shared services, Partner Sites, and CS teams across their region.

Must Have: 3 years of experience in a customer support role OR 3 years of project management experience Strong interpersonal skills Organizational skills Managing Time efficiently : you prioritize correctly, focusing your efforts on the things that are most important.
