ROLE OVERVIEW Reporting to the IS&T Solution Manager, the Solution Analyst is responsible for the technical management and evolution of the application or platforms used throughout BRP and under his/her purview.

The position requires extensive functional and technical expertise on SAP, excellent communication skills and business acumen.

The incumbent will work closely with clients, architects, the development team and managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Become the main contact/resource for SAP GRC, SAP IAS and other access related tools like IDM Hitachi and AD Azure for technical aspects, you will act as a facilitator for requests, small improvements, and projects related to these platforms Establish and execute upgrade, release and patching roadmap for solutions such as SAP GRC, SAP IAS (Identity Authentication Service), Hitachi IDM and other security tools related to provisioning.

Develop future Identity Management and SAP Security architecture and roadmaps Analyse and propose enhancements and improvements for FireFighter provisioning, Define and maintain Access Request, Access Review and Compliance processes belonging to the SAP ecosystem.

Support IS&T, the Business and the Financial Internal Control Team for periodic compliance and monitoring activities such as access review and segregation of duty analysis in order to help conflict mitigation and resolution Develop in-house Security (SAP, IDM, etc) skills via creation of documentation, training and knowledge transfer Participate in various IT/SAP related projects and provide technical guidance and best practices for Identity Management, Access request, Access Review, and provisioning.

Manage the relationship between BRP IS&T and the third party partners managing the operational aspect of SAP security and provide guidance to the partners to optimize the security process for all SAP environments Get involved in the incident, problem, change and service request management with third party partners Provide reporting and dashboards to IS&T management on the IS&T systems and applications security processes and KPI’s Support the outlined RACI processes for end to end User Access Management processes.

Licenses management in all SAP environments (ECC, S/4, PI, SCM) Establish and execute the process for SAP Licenses audit WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of IS&T application delivery and support experience with expertise in one or more of the following functional areas: SAP security, User Access Review, Identity Management, SOX Compliance, Financial and/or IT General Controls.

Experience with HR processes is an asset.

Demonstrates breadth and in-depth knowledge of how IT solutions can add value.

Ability to pair business needs with fit for purpose IT solutions.

In-depth functional and technical experience with SAP GRC, SAP IAS, Hitachi IDM, SuccessFactor, AD Azure, SAP ECC, and SAP S4 Proven ability to work and collaborate in a complex environment and effectively influence a diverse team of stakeholders and business leaders.
