Business and System Analyst


This is a Contract position in Sherbrooke, QC posted May 13, 2022.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with numbers, analysis, business technology and who will tirelessly look for new solutions to improve our data gathering methods and analysis practices.

  • You will oversee order management systems (OMS) for the international regions of the Powersports division (Snowmobile, personal watercraft, ATV, SSV, 3WV).  
  • You will be responsible for configuring systems and their respective processes and producing order tracking reports for the commercial team.
  • You will also play an influential role in defining business rules for future order cycles. 

How will you spend your days in this position?

  • 40% of the time on business analysis that you will use to understand product allocation issues and carry out relevant inventories
  • 30% of the time navigating business technology and systems (via Excel, SQL, etc.) to aggregate corporate information and make it more reliable
  • 30% of the time on continuous improvement (process, data, strategies)


  • Bachelor’s degree in administration (business technology administration), administrative data processing or other relevant training
  • A good experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Ability to leverage your diplomatic leadership to bring groups to a consensus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, proficiency in French an asset
  • International and automotive business or power sports industry experience an asset
