Project Lead, Supply Chain Transformation PA&A

BRP’s GSPA team is looking for a dynamic Project Lead that can drive tangible results. The Project Lead will manage a variety of projects to fuel our OMEGA transformation vision. What is the OMEGA program? It is an ambitious program to create a new state of the art operating model to meet customers needs.

This is an opportunity to actively work with cross-functional business leaders to break the mold. To provide further context on the categories of work, this could include, but is not limited to, coordinating transversal projects related to the complete PA&A (Parts, Accessories & Apparel) supply chain, from suppliers to customers.

Be prepared to be a unique Project Lead. This position requires a result-driven, agile & charismatic profile with strong collaborative skills.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and lead cross-functional projects, including management of internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and on budget;
• Lead change management and communication strategies;
• Contribute to governance presentations and status updates;
• Track projects progress and KPIs;
• Ensure project management and around innovation best practices and methodologies are being applied;
• Fosters an environment of innovative thinking within the team and the organization.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years+ experience in Project management is a must;
• A Project management certification is desirable;
• A proven track record in agile working environments where a “fail often, fail fast” mentality is embraced;
• A passion for change and creative ideas and the ability to inspire the same passion in others; 
• Powerful storytelling & presentation skills, in English and French.
