Retail Marketing Coordinator


This is a Contract position in Sherbrooke, QC posted May 5, 2022.

The Global Retail Experience team has an opportunity for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our in-store marketing initiatives. 

Reporting to the Global Retail Experience Manager, you will help enhance in-store messaging and support delivery of a first-in-class retail experience.  Whether it's designing seasonal & regional planograms, building Point of Purchase (POP) assets, building educational material, or implementing merchandising best practices, this is a critical role in helping us develop the future network within BRP. 

  • Create design concepts through seasonal and regional planograms for in-store retail displays
  • Create new visual messaging for storewide silent sellers to showcase the benefits of our products and how they are differentiated from competitive brands  
  • Define the retail messaging to achieve BRP's brand image goals while educating the consumer throughout their shopping journey (POP).
  • Check all art and/or photography to ensure factual accuracy, compelling and consistent messaging, and creative effectiveness. Ensure requested messaging is positioned appropriately within a visual layout. Provides personal accountability for the accuracy of all final art for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with Global Retail Experience peers to enhance in-store displays by offering retail marketing expertise
  • Define merchandising best practices – Educate and support the dealer network
  • Build accurate product information pieces through interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Support may be required on other projects or in program development
  • Maintain brand standards and uphold creative excellence expectations

  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Autonomy and thoroughness
  • Strong time and priority management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to read basic floor plans and fixture drawings
  • Occasional travel could be expected
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design-based applications and design programs is considered an asset.


  • University degree in Retail, Graphic Design, Advertising, or Arts
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience
  • Excellent time and priority management
  • Proven track record in retail, project coordination, merchandising, or visual design
  • Bilingualism is an asset (EN/FR) – English is required.
