International Development Manager

Our client is looking for someone with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to fill a position as International Development Manager in Sherbrooke. You will play a key role in the company! You will be the catalyst to drive international growth and business development.

In addition, you will be in first place to meet with clients to discuss current needs and find different strategies to update a conducive environment so that they can benefit from the best quality service.

Main responsibilities:

Strategies and growth

  • You promote prospecting and seek new opportunities from development to implementation.
  • You implement growth strategies and stay up to date with competitive industry practices.
  • You develop effective action plans to identify new markets and potential new clients.

Client portfolio management

  • You maintain an effective relationship with existing clients by taking the necessary actions.
  • You are fluent in KPI, to the point of making it the focal point of client portfolio growth.
  • You manage and develop the company’s strategic accounts.
  • You ensure regular follow-up of submissions and internal leads.
  • You help with all other related tasks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in business development or sales management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and software such as CRM, Salesforce, etc.
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English).
  • Spanish is an asset.
  • Great speaker.
