We are looking for a Global Inventory Management Analyst reporting to the Global Inventory and Deployment Manager to help us meet our business needs through sound inventory management. In this role, you will have a major impact in supporting the growth of the organization by optimizing our procurement, inventory and deployment policies for BRP's parts and accessories distribution centers.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

• Perform data analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Define and improve processes/tools to support inventory management and deployment policies with a view to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various positions to ensure proper management of inventory levels.
• Define and produce key performance indicators and use them to implement concrete action plans.
• Help transform the department, including by contributing to the implementation of the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

• 2 years’ experience in a data analysis, business intelligence or inventory management role
• Background in supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and intermediate knowledge of Power BI (or other data visualization tool)
• Proficient written and oral communication (in French and English)
• Positive attitude and strong analytical mind.
