We are looking for a District Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the DM is responsible for leading the store teams to operational success.

Responsibilities: Lead a team of fashionistas driven to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed performance expectations Manage sales and wage cost Maximize productivity while maintaining excellent standards of customer service A seasoned professional who loves the business and who has an ability to identify, assess and capitalize on sales opportunities Developing and coaching a team to achieve their career goals and maximize the store’s performance A business partner working closely with Visual, Loss Prevention, Human Resources, Buying and Marketing teams A proven recruiter who can retain top talent Do you have what it takes?

Requirements: At least 3 years of multi
